E squared, a South African impact investment fund, was expanding its operations and needed to move to a larger premises within the Ballyoaks office park.
Trend was appointed to design and build their new fit out, reusing their existing furniture and ensuring that all their requirements were considered and enhanced the business’ functionality.
The design intent was to create a sophisticated yet homely feeling to the space.
We used different colour tones of vinyl to create a ‘parquet’ flooring look to warm up the space and add texture. Other elements such as pendant lighting, simple wallpapers, soft seating were incorporated to create a relaxed corporate environment.
