A Vision for a Comfortable Work Environment
First Equity, a leading insurance group, recognized the need for an innovative office design that deviated from traditional corporate environments. To achieve this vision, they appointed Trend Group to create an office space that would feel comfortable, homely, and conducive to collaboration, rather than rigid and impersonal.
Fostering Collaboration and Flexibility
The objective of this project was to enhance collaboration and flexibility within the workplace, prompting Trend Group to conceptualise unique spaces tailored to staff needs. By integrating innovative design elements, we focused on creating a variety of environments that support teamwork and communication among employees.
Diverse Spaces for Engaging Interactions
To achieve this dynamic atmosphere, we introduced work booths, quick touchdown points, soft seating areas, and high-up collaboration spots. These thoughtfully designed spaces encourage a range of interactions, from informal gatherings to focused discussions, allowing employees to choose the setting that best suits their needs.
Adding Warmth with a Bold Colour Choice
Although yellow was not part of First Equity’s corporate identity, Trend Group incorporated this vibrant colour throughout the office to evoke a warm and inviting atmosphere. The strategic use of yellow not only enhances the aesthetic appeal of the space but also contributes to a positive and cheerful work environment where employees feel comfortable and motivated.
