For South 32, a prominent mining and metals company, Trend Group undertook the refurbishment of their Johannesburg headquarters. The project involved a strategic reduction in their office footprint, moving from three floors to a single, efficiently designed 2400 sqm space. Our design concept blends modern minimalism with biophilic elements, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The use of natural timber, soft lighting, and quirky wall art fosters a sense of well-being and creativity. The space is designed to be multifunctional, with a versatile breakout area, wellness and parent’s rooms, and various meeting spaces, all tailored to support a flexible and collaborative workstyle.
