Ninety-One is a global investment manager offering active strategies across equities, fixed income, multi-asset and alternatives to institutions, advisors and individual investors around the world.
We were appointed in conjunction with Paragon to bring their Pretoria offices to life.
Situated on the 4th floor, the design considered all the natural lights and surrounding views. One of the main purposes of the space was to have a large function area where key clients can be hosted.
In addition, the office is an official Disaster Recovery Area, and therefore has to be able to accommodate 40 people during an emergency.
The furniture specified by Paragon was intended to be sufficiently versatile and functional for presentation, training and entertainment purposes.
The colour palette of Ninety One’s new corporate identity is based on a combination of teal, ochre and pink, which translates into a fresh new look for the company. Paragon’s design directive was to be a functional, hi-tech space that also appears warm and inviting to clients, while conveying the brand’s image as being young and dynamic.
