The aesthetic is youthful, vibrant, and energetic, creating a motivating environment where young business leaders can connect, learn, and grow.
A Strategic Relocation for E Squared
E Squared, a South African impact investment fund, expanded its operations and relocated to a larger premises within the Ballyoaks office park. Trend Group was appointed to design and build their new fit-out, focusing on reusing existing furniture while enhancing overall functionality.
Creating a Sophisticated yet Homely Atmosphere
The design aimed to establish a sophisticated yet homely environment, blending professionalism with comfort to foster collaboration among employees. Trend Group meticulously considered all client requirements, resulting in a welcoming workspace.
Innovative Aesthetic Features
To warm the space and add texture, various colour tones of vinyl were used to create a ‘parquet’ flooring look. Complementary design elements, including elegant pendant lighting, simple wallpapers, and soft seating, contributed to a relaxed corporate atmosphere that promotes productivity.
