Bowmans Durban Office: A Modern Workspace Transformation
In a remarkable collaboration with Paragon, Trend Group successfully completed the design and build of Bowmans’ new office in Durban within just 8 weeks. This Bowmans office project focused on crafting a modern and cohesive office environment that truly reflects Bowmans’ brand identity. Our comprehensive approach involved transforming the reception, meeting rooms, offices, and a multi-purpose area into spaces that are both functional and visually appealing.

Tailoring the Design to Client Needs
Bowmans sought a workspace that mirrors their professional image while enhancing functionality. The design brief emphasized consistency with their Sandton office and the reuse of existing furniture, enabling a sustainable and efficient approach to the design.

Executing a Creative Vision
The design concept centered around sophistication and modernity, seamlessly blending new elements with existing furniture through expert reupholstering and refinishing. Custom wallpapers and feature bulkheads were incorporated to create a unified look with Bowmans’ other offices.

A Collaborative Design Process
Our approach was highly collaborative, involving workshops, site visits, and continuous communication with Bowmans to fine-tune the design to perfection. The synergy between Trend Group, Paragon, and Design Colab resulted in a final product that not only met but exceeded expectations.
