WeWork Rosebank
Trend was awarded the honor of implementing the first We Work project in South Africa. We Work, the innovative and industry changing shared workspace environment, decided on its first location to be in Johannesburg and in buzzing business hub of Rosebank. Trend completed the project in an incredibly short timeline of 14 weeks which shows true testament to our capabilities.
We Work took six floors in the nine-story building, The Link and those are dedicated to We Work members. The space features art-filled lounges, bright and airy conference rooms, and sleek private offices.
The look and feel of the space is of an industrial base paired with African art work, furniture and patterns. We Work really wanted to bring in that local ethnicity and showcase the skill of the talent in South Africa.
It was a great accomplishment for Trend to assist We Work in establishing their footprint in South Africa and bringing this collaborative space to life.
