The office is designed to foster creativity and rapid collaboration, with a flexible, open-plan layout, writable surfaces, and multiple scrum and breakout zones. The aesthetic is modern, energetic, and tech-forward, creating a dynamic environment that supports the iterative and team-based nature of software development.
A Vision for Unity and Collaboration
SnowSoft, a leading supplier of high-quality toilet tissue paper, facial tissue, and other hygiene products, recognised the need to relocate their offices to create a more cohesive and collaborative environment. With departments previously isolated from one another, the company sought a reliable partner to help consolidate their operations and bring staff together under one roof.
Creating a Light and Inviting Atmosphere
The vision for the new office was to create a space that felt light, bright, and homely while embodying a “soft” aesthetic. Trend Group responded by introducing curved lines in the drywalling, lending the environment a gentle and inviting feel. Subtle timber accents were strategically incorporated throughout the space, adding warmth, and enhancing the overall ambiance.
Feature Areas that Foster Connection
Key design features included a welcoming showroom area in the reception, designed to showcase SnowSoft’s products while engaging visitors. Additionally, a collaborative breakaway area was created to promote a vibrant company culture and encourage staff interaction. This thoughtfully designed space serves as a hub for creativity and informal gatherings, drawing employees together and fostering a sense of community.
