This international bank appointed Trend as their general contractor for interior fit out works and MEP works for their relocation project in Sandton from 3 Exchange Square to 140 West
The objective of the Project was to deliver a new workplace aligned to their international new Workplace Design and Workplace Principles. They also needed a new premises to consolidate amenities and infrastructure, as it was separated between different floors at 3 Exchange.
The new office needed to be more spatially efficient and technically compatible to match the banks’ business and strategy post Covid.
Trend was responsible for the complete supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of the works, designed by the clients designer.
