The office reflects the firm’s global reach and commitment to positive change, with design elements and artwork sourced from the regions they serve. The layout is highly collaborative and flexible, designed to support project-based work and workshops. The space is warm, inviting, and filled with natural light, creating an optimistic and purpose-driven environment for a team working to build a more inclusive world.
Relocating to Rosebank: Dalberg’s New Office
Dalberg, a strategic advisory NGO, appointed Trend Group to assist with their office relocation to Rosebank. Moving into an existing office already furnished and functional required careful planning. The Trend team focused on retrofitting the space to meet their specific needs while enhancing the overall workspace.
Customising for Dalberg’s Requirements
To ensure the new office was suited to Dalberg, Trend Group implemented several key modifications. We added phone booths for private conversations, integrated their corporate identity and colours, created a mother’s room for employee comfort, and repurposed spaces to provide tailored solutions. These changes aimed to create a functional and inviting environment that reflects the organisation’s values.
A Successful Transformation
The completion of this project highlights Trend Group’s ability to adapt existing spaces to better serve our clients. By transforming the Rosebank office for Dalberg, we created a functional and welcoming workspace that promotes collaboration and supports their mission as a strategic advisory NGO.
