The workspace features a clean, contemporary aesthetic with a sophisticated color palette and high-quality finishes. The layout is designed for both client interaction and employee collaboration, with welcoming reception areas, private consultation rooms, and an open, transparent workspace. This design reflects B-Sure’s commitment to professionalism, reliability, and client-centric service.
Creating a Dynamic Workspace
B Sure Africa, a forward-thinking insurance brokerage, appointed Trend Group to undertake the fit-out of their new head office in Bedfordview. The goal was to design a space that reflects the company’s strong focus on staff satisfaction while motivating employees to perform at their best.
An Inviting Industrial Aesthetic
The design features an industrial aesthetic characterised by concrete floors and exposed ceilings, creating a raw yet inviting atmosphere. To enhance the environment, Trend incorporated pops of colour and engaging graphics, introducing fun elements that energise the space and reflect the company’s vibrant culture.
Amenities to Foster Collaboration
B Sure Africa’s office is distributed across two floors, with the top floor dedicated to amenities such as a staff canteen, gym, and salon. Trend Group recognised the importance of collaboration within the company, designing communal spaces that promote social interaction and teamwork.
