Tetrapak Cape Town
Trend was awarded the design and build project for Tetrapak in Cape Town. Tetra Pak, a food processing and packaging solutions company needed to upgrade their working style, furniture, and technology to create a better working environment for their staff.
Tetrapak wanted to adopt Activity Based Working into their day-to-day work regime. Activity Based Working (ABW) is a flexible way of working which inspires meetings and facilitates collaborations between individuals, departments and organizations as well as supports individual focused work.
Throughout the traditional desking workspaces, we incorporated collaboration and breakaway facilities to encourage activity-based working. this aided the change that the staff needed to move to the agile style working.
The look was contemporary and timeless. using bold colours to colour block and make certain areas stand out to attract staff to use those areas.
