Menlyn Maines new building Park Lane West, is stunning and eye catching to many prestigious tenants.
We Are Colab stemmed from the vision of the landlords to create a coworking space that was interactive and connected people within the building as well a drawing.
Boogertman & Partners who also designed the building itself, were responsible for the look and feel of the coworking space.
Every detail of Colab has been considered to ensure that your time at work is both productive and pleasurable.
Maintaining a fresh and contemporary environment throughout, the space is extremely inviting and suites all types of working styles.
There are open-plan desks for those who like being part of the buzz, secluded pods for people who prefer some privacy, and lockable offices for complete focus.
The canteen was a feature area, with booths that where colour blocked with their corporate colours. The Canteen used the natural textures of timber, leather & concrete vinyl; which was complimented with bright and vibrant colours that were encouraged through the rest of the floorplan.
The Clients internal Branding Team worked with us to bring in their Branding Artworks, which needed to be large feature spaces in most of the potential ‘blank’ areas of the floorplan.
